Of Mexican things I
2013…

The driver of the 4x4 preferred driving with the windows closed and the air conditioning at full blast. I asked her to let it blow but at least to open my window. After all, we weren’t in the city centre with all that dense traffic... On the pavement, things move faster. I photograph instinctively, a lot, but not blindly…
It was the same in the subway or in the small streets near the private Claustro de sor Juana. I want to appropriate this “Spanish” world, which isn’t really Spanish.

This is the subject of the work I do with a writer, two other graphic designers and a Mexican photographer – a workshop which deals with the public sphere of the town..
